6. Gifts and contributions
Gifts made to this ministry are voluntary and, once received, are irrevocable and non-refundable. Gifts designated for Ember Ridge are received and administered through Firebrand Revivalists in accordance with its governing documents and applicable law, and are tracked to their stated purpose.
Consistent with standard practice for charitable organizations, Firebrand Revivalists retains ultimate authority and discretion over the use of all contributed funds. 8. Third-party links and services
This site links to other websites and services, including giving platforms. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Availability and changes
We provide this site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, neither Firebrand Revivalists, Ember Ridge, nor their officers, directors, trustees, employees, volunteers, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use this site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Firebrand Revivalists, Ember Ridge, and their officers, directors, trustees, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of this site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.

Any action not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilkes County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of ministry operations.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
