What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and tracking pixels. They are used to remember settings, to keep a site secure, and sometimes to measure how a site is used.
What this site uses
This website is a static site. It does not:
- Set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
- Run analytics software of any kind
- Embed social media buttons, trackers, or pixels
- Load fonts, scripts, or images from third-party servers — typefaces are served from our own domain
- Build a profile of you or your browsing
Our hosting provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and available — for example, to balance server load, to protect the contact form against automated abuse, and to detect malicious traffic. These are used only to operate the site and cannot be used to identify you across other websites.
Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required and none is shown. We consider that a feature.
Third-party giving platforms
Our Partner page links to outside giving services. When you follow one of those links, you leave this website and the receiving service sets its own cookies under its own policies. We do not control those cookies and receive no information from them. Review each provider’s privacy and cookie policies before giving.
If we ever add analytics
If we later add analytics, a giving form hosted directly on this site, embedded video, or a mailing-list signup, we will update this notice before or at the time those tools go live, name the provider, describe what is collected, and add a consent mechanism where one is required.
Controlling cookies
You can view, delete, and block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect form submission or site security features. Help pages for the major browsers explain how.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Because this site does not track visitors across other websites and does not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for such a signal to switch off. We would honor one if that ever changed.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top reflects the current version.
